I think I may have just stumbled on a few things here. I just got an email

with the pollen report, IT HIGH and has been the past 3 days as well as

through the weekend. Ok so if I'm going outside at the edge of dark I'm

still exposing myself to this. Why didn't I think of this, probably because

I'm so tired. I called my asthma specialist, asked him if he could consult

with me over the phone that I was honestly too tired to leave home. So I

filled him in on the past 3 weeks, he said there are several things going on

here, 1 my body is on over drive healing it's self, then a sinus infection

on top of that will set it off, being so physically exhausted will play a

part and he asked me how much time am I spending outside, I told him only

maybe a total of 5 minutes to water my flower pots hanging on my front

porch, lol he said to let them jokers die to stay inside as much as I can

with the A/C going rest, rest, rest. Yesterday, my son gave me a dozen roses

and I had them next to me all day, well they put off a pollen of sorts he

said so I had to move them away from where I sit. We have to travel up the

road Sat evening for my youngest son's concert and the pollen count is HIGH,

he said to take a dish towel and cover my nose and mouth with it so that I'm

not breathing in the hot humid pollen filled air.

He made me feel so much better, OH and I told him about the bee sting the

other night, he asked a few questions about that and said to have someone go

to the pharmacy and get the epi pen he'll be calling in, commended me for

training my hubby so well with the Benadryl and for me using the inhaler

right away. He said I had a lot stacked up against me but block by block

they'll all come down and I'll be back in the green. I have his personal

cell phone # if I have any more problems, And told me to keep doing what I'm

doing that I'm doing everything he'd tell me to do.

Sorry that got so long
