Guest guest
WOW MIKE, are you serious about the fan? I have never heard that, I'm so open to suggestions of all kinds, question though, if your lungs are already tight how are you going to get more air into them? You all keep sharing this stuff, I still have soo much to learn and some tricks that work for other's to write down for future reference! Terry I know God will not give me anything I can't handle. I just wish that He didn't trust me so much. ~Mother Teddy Bear's Early Learning ProgramEstablished August of 1992 From: asthma [mailto:asthma ] On Behalf Of Mike IntiaSent: Thursday, July 31, 2008 11:11 AMTo: asthma Subject: Re: asthma since childhood- what are some of other members stories? thanks for the compliment lisa. 'glad you found my writings interesting.i think that, besides the caffeine, drinking coffee or any other hot beverage, for that matter, will help soften the mucus a little bit to aid our coughing. now sticking one's head out of a moving vehicle's window would "force" air into the lungs ~ the same way i sometimes like having an electric fan in front of me to help me breathe when i get an asthma attack.unfortunately, nowadays if you do stick your head out the window of a moving vehicle on the streets of manila, your asthma's bound to get worse because of the pollution.speaking of getting jittery, whenever i do more than three pulls at a time on my inhaler, my hands would start shaking and sometimes i would feel very lightheaded. OD? probably.anyway, i do hope everyone has an awesome weekend. take care.peace, mike i.ps- for those who haven't read my writings on growing up as an asthmatic child yet, the link is: http://asthmatic-child.blogspot.com/--- In asthma , "lilli_nyc" wrote:>> Interesting writings Mike!
