Guest guest
I'm still suffering from driving to see my pain doctor (100 miles round-trip) on Thursday and I have to see my PCP tomorrow. I am SO not looking forward to it! At least my PCP is only about thirty miles round-trip. I used to only need a day or two to recover, but it has been taking longer and longer lately. Any advice? If not, it's cool, it helps just to vent. Guest guest
With me i find that if i do too much in any given week it stuff me up for the next week so i have to rest and rest in order to recover and build up my supplies of energy if its been a quieter week then i can usually get away with doing more. I would not be able to drive that far anyways so i think you are doing great to go that far! have u seen Bruce s site on CFS and fibro? Still suffering ...
