Guest guest
Yes, Dr. Sinatra has written a terrific series of books. You can look them up at Amazon, and read some of the reader reviews. He also has a valuable newsletter to which I subscribe, and from which I have learned much. The only drawback is that he is retiring soon, and that it is difficult, even in a major metropolitan center, to get the highly developed, sophisticated lipid and other analyses, and treatment he recommends. But it is very well worth trying. Subject: GREAT heart infoTo: Crock_Lakhovsky , DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO Date: Wednesday, August 20, 2008, 5:03 AM These are notes I took from the interview of Dr. Sinatra by Mike . Incredible info, worth at least getting the book from the library to check out the amounts of these things to take, plus much more information that didn't get into the interview. Please forgive my misspellings. And it's a bit disjointed because that's how the conversation went, but I was typing as fast as I could. :-) Samala, Sinatra Solution Metobolic Cardiology is the name of the book Get this book, he has major heart info here DRibos is the missing link he found (from listening to another cardiologist) , CoQ10 and Carnatine (sounds like car-na-teen) are the MUST HAVES for the heart, along with magnesium The book explains everything about the heart, all the problems, the heart leaks out ATP and it is lost in the plasma, and the body can't make back the energy fast enough, so hearts are energy starved, so give these 3 along with magnesium and that gives the heart the energy it needs. This is the greatest thing that happened in his lifetime--finding out about these 4 ingredients, and he's been studying the heart for years but was missing the DRibos, For certain things he still gives drugs, like congestive heart failure and in emergencies, but he gets them off it because over long term they deplete nutrients Asprin deplets folic acid Statins depletes coq10 Birth control pills depletes C Nutritional depletion in stress situations or disease is disastrous in any health problem, but especially for the heart In Europe all statin drugs say on the label that it depletes coq10, but not on the US labels!! No one product combines these so you have to take them separate, ATP needs ribos and ATP is the carrier (like a freight train), carnatine takes the fuel in and takes junk out, q10 provides the spark that ignites the whole thing--these are the must haves that almost everyone is missing (book) New edition has 40 or 50 new pages of info from the 2005 first edition--it is in it's 9th edition since 2005 People on heart transplant lists have come off just on their own from reading the book and following the nutritional advice there, doctors and cardiologists write him saying this is perfect sense www.opthealth. com is his site where the books are and also www.drsinatra. com for more health info and his newsletter His name is Dr. Sinatra Book gives amounts to take of each of these (and other) supplements for different heart problems Dr. Say 90% of heart problems are of "unknown cause" but he says this is crap because it is almost always a nutritional problem Magnesium, lethicin , etc, after he got out of medical school he learned from a 91 year old man about nutrition, and has been studying nutrition ever since. *****The heart has the most myochondria- -which are energy centers, the heart has 5000 myochondria per cell but in your bicepts there is only 200, myochondrial DNA, unlike nuclear DNA, has no support mechanisms (a THIRD of your heart weight is myochondrial) and NEEDS nutritional support to keep it strong**** The 4 ingredients are like rocket fuel for the heart The most important thing in healing is that the patient has to believe they are going to get well!!! He takes daily--these 4, fish oil, eye supplements (with Leutine and carnatine), multivitamin and mineral, coconut oil, he works out with a personal trainer twice a week, practices mind/body techniques, and he prays. The 5 pillars of healing are 1-non inflammatory diet, take sugar out of the diet as it is the most inflammatory food out there. Insulin is the most significant factor in heart disease 2-exercise 3-targeted nutritional support 4-Detoxify the body 5-Mind/body interaction Info from Mike after the interview: ALA is a great liver support, especially if a person is taking medicine Dandelion and milk thistle is great too Ribos--Now foods offers it as a supplement, 750 mg pil he takes before he works out because it sustains energy during the workout He said it tastes sweet and good and is used in smoothies if bought in powder form Avocado, chocolate powder, ribos, superfoods, fruit, sprouts, cucumbers, protein powder (he uses brown rice protein powder) in his smoothie CoQ10--if you take statin drugs you will be deficient in CoQ10 The Weiss Method is also a good heart book that covers nutrition and exercises for the heart. By Dr. Decker Weiss He also talks about all the scams doctors use for heart patients, that most heart surgeries are bogus, mitral valve prolapse--doctors tell people that The heart valve is deformed and needs surgery, but the condition can be corrected by taking B vitamins, calcium and magnesium because there is not any physical deformity (except in VERY rare cases) but it is just flabby, because it is a muscle that is not getting nutrition! But taking the right vitamins will strengthen and rebuild the heart muscle and reshape it. You also need to do some cardio exercises to help get it back into shape. (my note--that PACE method of exercise would probably be best as the heart exercise for this)

Guest guest
heart is always endocrine related. Thyroid/adrenal. Even if it's malabsorbtion of calcium which causes arteriosclerosis. DMSO can and will treat the endocrine, accompanying other things as well and all alone will completely realign DNA in the pitutitary. Treating the heart itself is treating symptoms instead of the cause. The medico treats pain (the symptom) their schooling teaches them this and that is the problem. Ignoring the cause will spring a leak elsewhere eventually. But hey the choice, not the cause, is very individual. Guest guest
Actually I did not say that DMSO alone was sufficient to repair anything but DNA alone, which would be necessary for endocrine and even total healing. Sort of like blood sugar (pancreas)leading into high blood pressure and kidney trouble. The adrenals were already in trouble and from past experienced even if they weren't " properly " trained in school, they know this will happen next. Realigning DNA will not cure a battered endocrine or heart. I am sorry you assumed I mean't so much in my post. Although it is not my agenda to step on your toes or your Sinatra's toes or anyone elses for that matter, it is also not my adgenda to protect them. My agenda is to inform people of how to better help themselves. Knowing the endocrine basics is more than most Dr.'s know, which I believe is the plan. It is wise to at least know the basics, but it isn't a must for everyone. I actually like, really like COQ10, but I like cod liver oil better. However, it is important that we understand what is going wrong with our bodies when they start failing us. Most times it's just about us removing what we are doing to hurt ourselves. But there comes a time when just doing that is no longer enough. You probably do not understand this, but there are no faux's, counterfiets, meds to take the place of either cod liver oil or COQ10. When that codex passes, and it will, they will remove them from the shelf, both of them. And that is one of the only reasons why we have Dr.'s fighting so hard, the passing of the codex. They know the pharmacy wants coq10 GONE and they will remove it just as soon as the codex passes. The Dr.'s know their patients will die without COQ10, they tried other things and nothing worked, it was all they had left to try and it did work. If they wouldn't have " had " to use it to save a life, they wouldn't have. Their patients are alive because it is capable of treating those symptoms and nothing else can. That's because they never went to the true cause. My hope is, we will find a way around treating symptoms BEFORE we lose our remedies. My advice to you is, you do the same. But like I said this walk is all about free choice and treating symptoms and believing it is a cure is included in that choice. Of course then we have the ferments we need as well, and a few other goodies too. Some even make their own fermented red rice and natto. As organs begin to weaken and are treated individually, this IS referred to as treating symptoms whether you use natural remedies or meds. You always have to go back to the root. The endocrine and nervous sytem run and rule the body, if you really want the truth, that is where you end up almost every single time. http://tuberose.com/Adrenal_Glands.html > > > Subject: Re: Re: GREAT heart info > To: DimethylSulfoxide-DMSO > Date: Friday, August 22, 2008, 5:48 PM > > > > > > > > DMSO can and will treat the endocrine, accompanying other things as > > well and all alone will completely realign DNA in the pitutitary. > > > Y > > Hi, > > I found your statement above VERY interesting. Guest guest
Yes, I can give you just a basic search from the search engine. Originally I was taught this by a naturopath Dr. I would think that the founder Dr. s can help you also. http://search.msn.com/results.aspx? srch=106 & FORM=AS6 & q=DMSO+realigning+DNA I JUST got a new hard drive, and my search engine is not the best, this link was the best I could do at the moment. I sure hope it helps your search. There is a way that I was taught to use it also by the doc. It was simple, but spendy. Start with one dropper a day of DMSO internally until you no longer stink of DMSO, then do two droppers a day until you no longer smell like DMSO, then increase to three and on like that until you finish the fifth and then stop. You only stink as long as the DMSO is attached to toxins inside your body, just like garlic. The DMSO rids the body of toxins and realigns the DNA at the same time. It has quite a shelf life so for those who can afford to stock up as DMSO will probably become perscription only in the not so distant future. The AMA have already tried taking Dr. s to court over perscribing DMSO for so many things. Of course they lost but they have tried. This stuff will be perscription as soon as they can arrange it. > > > DMSO can and will treat the endocrine, accompanying other things as > > well and all alone will completely realign DNA in the pitutitary. > > > Y > > Hi, > > I found your statement above VERY interesting. Guest guest
Hi , Your student Joyce is wondering about the making red rice ferments & " natto " ..(whatever it is). I AM doing the Kefir culturing now, and have Kombucho/Scoby coming and water grains. Any way I find that will combine those helpful ferments with DMSO or my herbs for treating my congestive heart condition I will ... and the cayenne cure, raw milk now that I have a source again. Am also doing vinegar/honey with cinnamon, and salt-loading lemon juice & Lugol's solution for my water drinks. Also ... speaking of COQ10, in one of the forums I read something about a massive dose being used to, I believe, to treat parasites as a cleanse. Was it you?? If so, can you repeat, or do you know the facts on it? I have to check into the fermented glandulars yet or learn how to make them as we are on such a limited budget. I have joined the Hulda Enthusiast group to learn as much there as possible. We have zapped a couple times now, although I know that is not enough and are awaiting an appropriate time to start the cleanses. However, had a bit of set-back health-wise and the " routines " for hubby first and me via contaminated emotions!!! He is bi-polar and was subjected to a ton of stress with a hydrocele situation which necessitated surgery after about 6 weeks, aggravated by hitting the financial donut-hole with his necessary meds ...(which would have cost $380 mo. for 1 month) since May, so the Psych. had prescribed a newer one they had samples of. It was the perfect storm with all those factors! We'll never know if the new meds could have replaced the old one and " worked " due to the terrible state of mind/body he was in at time of surgery, some infection following. It is too risky to try it again and see if it was the primary factor, and now being put back on the newly released generic of his tried and true " old " meds so now can get it at less than the $380/mo. and he is " recovering " now, THANK GOD! I wasn't sure if I could refrain much longer with compassion and objectivity due to the mood swings and to refrain from murder!!! Normality is returning. With that normality and back to routines perhaps health can again PROGRESS. That will make an interesting chapter in the JustaMouse-In-A-Corner books I am doing where one family of the JustaMice is the " BLIPPS " , (i.e., " BiPolar Lives in Process and Progress " ), and their swinging moods, events, etc. The BLIPPS try to ease the way for useful info for other BLIPPS " out there " ... to foster understanding etc. ( & that " murder " is not the answer when part of the " process " is an " episode " !) Trying to keep the declines of age from overtaking and negating the positive curve of improved lifestyle and health ...
