Thanks

Michele, Welcome to the group!! Take your time getting to the advanced. And

remember you dont have to do the Advanced every day you work out. sometimes we

need a lighter workout to let our muscles recover.

Here are some tips about how to approach the Advanced from

the Queen of Modification = Me.

Remember to always put form ahead of speed (can do most of it halftime) and #

of reps.

Pace yourself and walk it out when your heartrate is going too fast to sing

but keep moving.

Try adding the floor part onto a Basic Day starting with 16 reps of each

move and increasing it another set each time you do it.

If anything hurts, don't do it cuz as your body strengthens and your mind

gets knows the form, the harder stuff will click

If you have any joint problems, keep it low impact and modify it so there is

no jumping.

Barb

who thought I was nuts trying the Advanced at the age of 50 but did it

carefully

Welcome to egroups, . Good to have you here. You are smart to

take things slowly. The advanced tape is tough. Feel free to ask us

any questions. I remember how sore I felt after doing it the first

time. It's a good soreness though. Tell us more about yourself. How

old are you? Where do you live? What are your fitness goals and

history? To read more about the rest of us and see some pictures, check

out our web site at http://taeboon.isportsdot.com/

Michele,

Welcome to the group! That's a good idea to add the advanced in

slowly! You can start off just adding some of the floorwork onto the

end of the basic or just doing the first 30-40 minutes of the tape!

That studio advanced tape is really tough...so it's good that you are

taking it slow! This group is great and everyone here is really

supportive and full of great advice! Glad you joined us :)

I appreciate the invitation to this group, took advantage of and

joined, then much to my chagrin, the dude who has been doing so much

posting in the group that I left, is already here.

He needs to get a life.

No need to criticise people on the list, mate! If you want to do it, please do

it off-list, directly to the person!

This is a happy, supportive, safe, place, in this group, and no sarcasm or

criticisms are allowed (right MollyAnn and PJ???)
