Guest guest Posted March 22, 2008 Report Share Posted March 22, 2008 I was wondering if anyone knows of a good gluten/wheat-free cookbook. I'm having trouble finding one with simple recipes. I can't afford all of the special flours or the twenty different ingredients most seem to call for and I don't have the time or energy for a long recipe. I'm also not the greatest chef in the world because I'm still learning. I just want some basic dinner recipes that don't have wheat, soy, or citrus fruits in them. All three of those make me one sick girl. I'd really love an easy chicken pot pie recipe. Before I developed this sensitivity I used to eat those Marie Calendar's pot pies a lot and I miss them.
