Hi ,

Don't worry! You may NOT have any problems at all with strawberries,

broccoli or spinach! I don't seem to. :) I'm sure it all depends on

the person. For me, the worst was that my very favorite soy drink --

VitaSoy Chocolate -- would immediately make me feel bad if I had a

small glass. I was sooooo disappointed because I finally found a

chocolate soy milk that I loved to drink by the glass-full, and then I

found out WHY it was making me feel terrible. :( But, it's not so

bad... it could be so much worse.

Someone here said they could no longer drink wine. :( I love having

wine with dinner, or just a glass " because " - every now and then. I

haven't yet noticed any overt problems with it yet... but, I wondering

if I might feel even better if I just stay away from it altogether.

I feel pretty good right now... but, always room for improvement.

Anyway, I think your line of thought is best -- pay attention to how

you feel, and go from there! :) That's certainly what I try to do!

Happy New Year!

Suzy
