This was about 2 wks ago. I took 1/4 tsp in some juice before bed and DH was sleeping in another room. He leaves in AM before I'm even up. I calculate 17 hours went by before he came home next afternoon. He steps in back door and sniffs, " Are you cooking fish? " At that point I'd forgotten about the DMSO experiment of the night before, so just replied " no " . I'm already way too aware of this man's " sensitive nose " , anyway. For the next couple of hours he's still complaining that he smells fish all over the house. I then make a quick " p-trip " to the powder room and he follows me a couple of minutes later. He comes out yelling, " you've taken something weird---AGAIN--and whatever it is caused the powder room to smell like fish even worse than the rest of the house " . This is about 22 hrs since I took the 1/4 tsp! Of course, it finally dawned on me what caused his vociferous complaints. It also dawned on me that I had totally forgotten to take any source of chlorophyll. Sadly, I've had to decide to forego the use of internal DMSO until/unless I have a chance to be a total hermit for at least 2 days! Even with the generous use of chlorophyll, I'm afraid " the nose " will still know. Oh shucks! Sharon M

Wife and I both pooped out on couch and recliner last night and both slept there for 2-3 hours. I finally got up and did some work around the house before going to bed. She woke up about that time and came to bed but of course sleep evaded both of us. I eventually started dozing off which means deep breathing and by that time she was super-sensitive to the smell so she had to get up and go back to the living room. At long last she came back to bed and was able to sleep. It is so very unfortunate that something that can make us feel so good and have such good health benefits will make us stink. I'm trying to get her to take some so maybe she can get desensitized to it. OK we just talked it out and set a date for her to try it. It needs to be on a Friday night or Saturday morning so it will be out of her by Monday. She won't do it today because of PMS. She won't do it next weekend because she has a big seminar next Saturday and all the kids are coming home next Sunday. The big day is Friday the 13th. OMG.
