I was doing 2 channel training at C3-C4. After doing a 5 point

re-check,after 6-8 sessions, amplitudes were higher on the right side in all

bandwidths at FZ, CZ, C3, C4, and PZ. Theta is her dominate frequency, but

beta was alittle high too. Theta/beta ratios were fine. And her mother

reported increase in irritability, increased frustration, more tantrums,

etc, and increased her meds (fluoxeteine from 4 mg to 6 mg) I discussed

this with a mentor who suggested only training the left side. He reprted

that when there is a right sided asymmetry, training anything on the right

would make symptoms (depression, irritability, impulse control, etc.) worse.
