Guest guest Posted June 27, 2000 Report Share Posted June 27, 2000 Hi, Welcome from a mother of five. I wasn't heavy until I got pregnant with my 3rd child. For 10 years I have tried every diet and exercise program there was...nothing suceeded. Taebo works! I know you'll enjoy it and will succeed. I feel so good about myself. I'm not sure how much weight I have lost since my scale is not working will. But I can see the difference in my pants - before I was cramming myself into them and now they hand loose on me. I should use the tape measurer, but haven't had the chance. I can also see some definition in my arms, legs and butt - even through the fat. One thing is that I have gotten several people interested because they have seen me change into a smaller person. Welcome to all the other new people. I don't post as much as I should, but I do read every note for inspiration. Take care, Kathy I too am new to this forum, but I am totally 'siked' to get started on the Tae Bo program. I am hoping that Tae Bo will jump start my weight loss efforts alittle more. I have been on WW since March and have lost a total of 26 lbs, but I think it could go a little quicker than it is. LOL I am only doing the basic for now, I need to expand my Tae Bo collection!! I do have Direct TV, but if they are discontinuing the series from there, I guess I will have to go out and really buy the other tapes! Or maybe I can try and get on the auto system. Do you know how to do that? Wanda, Welcome to the group! Congratulations on having already lost 26 lbs! That is awesome! I know it can be frustrating to feel the weight is coming off slowly....but when you lose it slowly, it's more likely to stay off for good! So, you are doing just fine I think you will love tae-bo...it goes great with WW! I did WW to lose my pregnancy weight last year. I am currently at my goal weight and am a lifetime member of WW! There are lots of girls here who are doing WW and tae- bo together and it's a winning combination! I look forward to hearing more from you whose last name is also Owens! I'd suggest doing it through the website, because there are usually fewer problems when you do it that way. You can start with whichever tape you want!
