Guest guest Posted June 15, 2001 Report Share Posted June 15, 2001 I've heard all kinds of things like cut back on water, cut back on evening carbs, do extra cardio etc etc. Is there anything that is really essential for prepping for 12 week pix? I'm ending my 12 weeks on Sunday but have until Tuesday to take the official pix. Any thoughts on what is actually " good " advice? Thanks.
