Thanx for the letter. There are few things I would like to mention in this

regard ----

In fact during our Silver jubilee meet we had planned to start the project and

to initiate this we had planned to lay down foundation stone during the meet and

I had prepared the stone, built a brick structure and got it fixed near the old

hospital campus and named it ALUMNI GUEST HOUSE. due to some problem things

could not materialize and stone is with Engeeneering section since 4 years.

During the call for donations I could not get good response. Shri Dhirubhaiji

hs=ad infact said that first you start collecting Funds atleast 50-60% of the

cost then society will also help in the project.

Now the cost -- This has to be a good guest house with minimum accomodation for

20 people at the start i. e. 10 rooms, Dining Hall, Office, store, caretaker's

room, Kitchen etc which then will be expandable to 20-30 rooms as need is to

accomodate 40-50 people atleast. this will require somewhere 60-70 lacks,to

begin with.

If you all agree to raise atleast 50 lacs and they start pouring in we can

dream for it and I think we can do it.

If we decide now I am ready to start this project again but first money is to be

collected.

We can make a team of local Alumni plus two from management, open aseparate

account in local bank then start working on the design etc

as for now college has a design already prepared for the project but somehow it

is not getting materialized although president has approved the project

So start thinking and get going.
