Guest guest
http://www.imeassoc.com/New_CDC_XMRV_sequences.html IMEA INTERNATIONAL ME ASSOCIATION New CDC XMRV sequences severely damage the contamination hypothesis. The sequences from a recent CDC prostate cancer study have finally appeared in the GenBank, some eight weeks after publication in PLoS ONE. A quick BLAST search reveals that these sequences, together with the Lithuania isolate S-162 (Accession number: FR872816.1), severely damage the contamination hypothesis due to the large diversity shown by the HGRV variant XMRV.
