Guest guest
Hi everybody, I thought I would check in since I just joined yesterday. I haven't been doing so well with Taebo over the past period of time. I'm in a kind of Catch 22 situation. I can't really workout in the morning, but by the time I get home, I am so wiped that I just can't seem to find the energy to push PLAY. But I really need to get into a workout in order to start having energy. Also, it's hard for me to be too encouraged by success stories because the majority of the success stories are by those who are fairly young and it's much easier to see rapid weight loss when one is younger. I am 48 and even when I exercise and watch what I eat, I don't see a change in either weight, or size. Any input would be appreciated. Guest guest
TO HORSEMOM Wow! Someone in my age bracket. I'm encouraged to hear from YOU since I have always enjoyed your posts on the Taebo board. I have seen your before and after pics and I think you're doing great. I guess the bottom line is perseverance. I still have to work on getting energy enough to get back into my workout. I haven't been doing it for awhile... Talia, I believe that half the battle of succeeding is believing that you can and will reach your goals! You have a wonderful attitude and are definitely well on your way to becoming a success story. In my mind, you already are because you believe you can be
