Guest guest
I'm that way also Jen, I indulged too much on Monday so I thought oh well I'll make that my free day until Tuesday and now Wednesday. I've had free day(s) and I'm so angry. I'll start the day out fine adding little extras to my planned meals and then before I know it. Bam! I'm eating way to many carbs. Thanks for your post It helps knowing I'm not the only one who has to eat all but perfect for those 6 days to stay on the plan. Guest guest
I agree with both of you that it won't hurt as long as a person can control that intake of a little fat-free whipped cream. My point (which I may have not gotten across very well in my previous post, lol) was that it can be a slippery slope from a few tablespoons of a " treat " every day into other slips in the nutrition program, so just be cautious. I have the utmost admiration for anyone that could limit it to a few tablespoons, but for me, I need to eat really clean during the week and save treats for Free Day. Otherwise I start justifying other treats during the week and pretty soon it's turned into Free Week. Guest guest
I totally understand where you are coming from. I think it depends on the person. If it is first whipped cream, and then a couple chips, and then a doughnut, or whatever it could get out of hand. I agree that you should almost always save your treats for free day. It gives you something to look forward to and you will appreciate them more.
