Guest guest
In the Pittsburgh area, Schneiders Dairy is one of the large dairy distributors. They are now producing a product called " Happy Milk " in which they have added acidopholis, bifidobacteria and lactobacillus. My question is, since this milk is pasteurized can these friendly bacteria servive? Is there any food source available for them to consume? Is this just another " health food " scam? Guest guest
-- If the milk is just pasteurized, adding bacteria will work. Ultrapasteurized, and even the best yogurt culture will not work. --Terry Happy Milk? > In the Pittsburgh area, Schneiders Dairy is one of the large dairy > distributors.
