My primary care doctor (Kaiser) that I love so much is--- yup, Chinese and from a long line of doctors! She has not suggested herbal medicine to me but I thought it was interesting none the less. I'm currently sans meds still. Blood work on the first. I feel " okay " right now, must be in a mid range area of one of those lovely swings we get. My only major issue is muscle pain right now.
