I think AB blood type is the rarest, but O is the oldest. Basically what

the doctor did was test body reactions to different foods by measuring

antigens that were formed. Just like if a virus entered your body - you

would release antibodies and antigens. The main culprits for weight gain

and health problems with O's are wheat and dairy. He also list corn as a

culprit but the wheat and dairy are the worst.

The book lists beneficial foods, neutral, and foods to avoid. It lists 16

different food groups from meat to beverages. He said most people lose wt.

just giving up wheat. The book is great, but there are a few flaws for us

with thyroid problems. It says to drink soy milk and soy cheese. Obviously

that's not good for us. Also, he says to eat veggies rich in iodine.

People with AI disease don't need extra iodine - it can be harmful. In his

defense however, he said to get your natural iodine from veggies before

resorting to table salt. Not a bad tip I guess. If you're interested go to

amazon.com and read the 320 reviews on the book. I scanned thru them and

tried to just read the ones that were for my blood type. I'd say that 80%

had incredible success on it and said that when they did have dairy or wheat

after, they felt sluggish and bloated, etc.... The people that wrote bad

reviews seemed to not have tried the suggestions, or were A or B blood type.

Some A and B blood types did have success, but like I said, I didn't focus

too much on those. There's also a website dadamo.com where there's info,

recipes and faq's. Let me know if you want to know anything else.
