Despite the dubious weather I wanted to walk on the beach, so drove to Hunstanton for the afternoon, had a great walk down the beach, visited these little craft shops in an old barn complex in Old Hunstanton, but didn't buy anything! Getting back was 5 times harder because of the strong winds and I'm not used to walking in soft sand. I had a wander round the little town, had a raspberry icecream and then came home. When I got back had a chinese takeaway with a good friend and I've opened one of my bottles of French Red 'Champagne' (OK so it's made the same way but not actually from the Champagne region) to celebrate.
