Prickly skin and electric like jolts

Does anyone get prickly feelings and/or electric like shocks? I get both and

twitching is getting worse. Also have the bulging disc causing sciatic

(sp?)nerve pain that feels like a funny bone with a current surging through it

causing searing pain behind my eye, in my back and often also down my arm. Have

constant ear ringing, too. A tonal sound. Anyone have any of this? If so, what

helps?

Also have horrible thrush accompanied by worsening fatigue, swollen and painful

lymph nodes, vision changes, excruciating headaches and increasing joint

stiffness and pain. Usually summer is my best time of year, but not so far.

Confusion is overwhelming and forgetfulness and inability to stay on task is

maddening.

I'm 43; although feel elderly. Really frustrating.
