Guest guest
Since this was someone you were just doing for interest and practice, do whatever works. If the " artifact " is clearly identifiable and periodic enough to be removable, that works fine. My inclination is to turn it into a project at the beginning of the eyes closed segment (before you have a lot of time invested) and have the client see if he/she can figure out what brings down the fast activity. Sometimes it's really there--even in perfect people. It's just nice to know. Pete Hmm...I need to do lots more assessments. I noticed the temporal high frequency on the spectragram during the assessment, but I'd reminded him to keep his face and body relaxed, and didn't want to disturb the recording---especially since his body didn't seem tense. In a situation like this would you remind the person during the recording to relax and delete the artifact from the data later or would you start a fresh recording for that site? Thanks, Pete.Jane> >> > Hello--> >> > I'm still new at reviewing assessments and need help in understanding> > parts of a practice assessment performed on my son who was home from> > college this week.> >> > The histograms at each site show double alpha shapes.
