That's a good point. To me it is quite obvious but I have added it to the list.

Another point which was hinted at in another point was to have your logistics down. That is to say have your suppliers lined up, means of getting the things, distributors set up and means of getting the finished product to them.

I personally would add 'you have to have a product/service that people want/need' to the below list. I suppose it might be fairly obvious - but I do wonder if some people forget such basics.
