We have been told that there is a possibility that our baby will have DS. I am looking to join this group for support and to ask questions Stefanie, welcome to our family! Congratulations on your pregnancy and upcoming bundle of joy! Please feel free to ask any questions you have about Down syndrome here. Our group is mainly focused on mosaic Down syndrome which is a rare form of Down syndrome where a percentage of cells have the extra chromosome that causes Down syndrome and the remainder of cells are normal. But, regardless of what kind of Down syndrome your baby has, you are very welcome to our family! What kind of test did you have done that indicated Down syndrome? I look forward to hearing more from you and helping you along the way.
