But I remembered your birthday (because of notification on facebook !) although I always forget birthdays  and anniverseries(including my own).This year I forgot my better half's b,day (to my peril!) being busy chairing some session in a conference.My daughter tried to call me several times (at wrong time !) and finally I heard her warning (she was sure of my forgetfulness!).Anyway I hurriedly joined my wife among the deleegates and blurted my congratulations .She immediately guessed that I have been prompted by our daughter!. Your review article of Tintin has been published in BAMA with your name as author  and I will despatch a copy asap. Guest guest Posted December 4, 2011 Report Share Posted December 4, 2011 Dear VK  Sorry for barging into ur correspondence with Kishore BUT I was amused and my conviction was reconfirmed that ALL husbands(including our diligent VK) forget their marriage anniversaries (a date wives cherish and remember not only fondly BUT expect their husband to convey HIS GRATEFULNESS that she came in her life!!) and also their spouses birthday which is again one thing which wives abhor.  I have done this for >25 years!
