Maybe you are getting MS and ME mixed up. Multiple Sclerosis has often been

diagnosed partially by a spinal tap.

I thought there was NO illness called " Chronic Fatigue " ' that the CDC had come

up with this name to not acknowledge ME. I asked a VERY well known Dr if it was

true that ME could only be dx'd by a spinal tap & was told NO< DEFINITELY NOT.

Now my sister (same illness), saw this Dr being interviewed on CBS news, and she

says that a spinal tap is the only way to diagnose ME. I feel jerked around

here, WHAT IS THE TRUTH????
