40's is the new 20's they say..

Marathi breakfast cooked in less oil is an ideal diet for oldies above

40s..like Kande Pohe,Shabudanychi khichdi  and to a less extent,indulgence in

Kotimbeer vadi...and batata vada.

All my Mumbai based Marathi neighbours r entering into their early 90's purely

by staying on such diet.

 

If,Ravin's addition to the continental breakfast is to be consumed,Muffins and

Meat Roast etc etc,I am sure that would be one of the last breakfast,before the

coronaries not just shiver,but flutter!!

BTW,hum aap ki batchmate hain,Shyam..
