Guest guest
Do you have a motive when you breath? -- Plain Old Ugly -- Hi , In answer to your questions: Have I ever done anything without a motive? I would say, no. If I were stranded on a desert island, would I have surgery? No. To me that is all about getting other people's LAA. I see that 's facelift (or 's) is my projection. I am afraid of my belief getting LAA has a lot to do with looks, but I don't want to believe that, because as I get older I will have less looks, therefore less love. If could be loved when she is old and wrinkled, I could too. Would I have cosmetic surgery here and now? Maybe, and I have some painful thoughts around this. How do I feel when I look in the mirror? Depends on that moment. One story makes me feel happy, the other story makes me feel sad. I can construct a whole future based on what I see in the mirror. Who am I around ugly people? I enjoy a lot of looks that seem not to be the American ideal. I like a lot of colors and sizes. I don't see a lot of ugly people, usually. But I guess you mean around people I really do find ugly, at that moment I'm finding them ugly? That usually means I have some feeling about them other than their looks. Answer: Uncomfortable. Annoyed or even angry or even very angry that they don't care to make their appearance better or decorate themselves interestingly/creatively or wear lovely colors. What advice do I have for them: be clean, smile, smell nice or at least clean, wear some colors, and some textures that look they will feel good to touch, or do something creative and artistic with your looks. Have a nice personality, be a good listener, be funny, give nice hugs. Hmmm, ok, if I take this a little deeper...at times when I feel very lonely or unattractive or fearful of the future, I am much more pained by other people's beauty. I think there is only a limited amount of love and they will get it. And then more troubled/angered by perceived ugliness. I reassure myself, " I'm not as ugly as THEM. " And what does that mean? I guess that I have more chance than them of getting these resources. That's ugly of me, I think. Then I feel ugly on outside AND inside. Love, The one who asks the wrong questions, and of the wrong people (-- is it true? ;-) > >> Whose business is it if I use technology to enhance my face? Guest guest
I don't care how I look too. So most of the time I make no afford in looking the best I can cause it seems to me a waste of time. I have a story that I put make up on I look 10 times beautiful and it takes only 5 minutes to do so, and i don't do it. Sometimes I feel like nock people out so I put my make up on and I bought a new lipstick RED RED RED. I look like a slat and I love it. I sit at the bar with this lipstick and man look at me all the time. Which is fine. Sometimes I want to look good, most of the time I don't care. I don't need people to fancy me or hit on me, so I don't need to wear make up. So when I do so it is for me to... grab attention. I love attention I was told that I look more beautiful with no make up at all. So, beauty is at the eye of the beholder I love more when he doesn't put his RED lipstick. He has natural beauty T > > > > >> Whose business is it if I use technology to enhance my face? > > Still > > > >> mine. > > > > > > > > Definitely your business, . Guest guest
, you said you have done all of your work on this group and the Doing-the-work group. Have you also been to any intensives with ? Or had any other in person support? It amazes me that you could do everything online. I believe that has said that he has never been to a workshop with , but he appears to have a very deep understanding of what she is teaching. I feel like I could benefit from more in person type training and support, so I will be going to see her in April. Guest guest
Jeffery, The work is the questions and turn around. It isnt necessary to read the book, or 'take' anything 'in deeply' in my experience. When we question our stressful beliefs, we come back home, to find our own truth within ourselves. There are many paths and some people seem to live out their own truth in a very easy, natural manner. Isn't it wonderful? Cheers, wrote: Hi Tami, you amaze me too! Guest guest
Friend? According to my story of being a friend, the answer would be no. Cheers, Tamar Fattal wrote: , well said! Guest guest
hhmm. lets see. ~ someone that i enjoy spending time with. ~ someone that i enjoy sharing wine and conversation with. ~ someone that i can do activities with that are mutually enjoyed (ie. yoga, x-country skiing, travel, long walks..etc.) ~ someone who shares interests with me....etc, etc, etc,.... The list could go on. I think that this is always changing for me. As I become clearer, less caught up in my story of 'friend' it seems that there are fewer and fewer requirements for me to consider someone a 'friend'.... The list above is 'friend' according to a story that I have that holds less and less meaning for me. In the end, it must just be someone who shares my story of what 'friend' is. That's as close as I can get to it now.
