Welcome to egroups. You came to the right place. We are not all skinny

and we like to give support. You can report to us your progress every

day during your 21DC if that will help. Post here when you need

encouragement or tip. Remember, though, that the goal should be to make

healthy habits (like eating healthy and doing taebo) a life style.

Quick fixes don't work in the short or long run. I'm afraid that

takining xenadrine will just mess up your metabolism and make you sick.

It would be better if you just concentrated on doing taebo, improving

your form and endurance, and started eating healthy. It's OK to snack a

lot as long as the food is good for you. Tell us more about what you

eat and maybe we can make some suggestions.

There are plenty of diets out there that work. However, it depends

on the state of mind of the person on the diet whether he/she will

succeed. Two things you said concern me: 1) you're taking

Xenedrine...that's like speed, and can be dangerous. I know that

when I took a similar product, I was irritable and angry and my heart

was pounding so hard, I thought it would jump out of my mouth. Be

careful with that stuff! 2) You want to lose it all NOW! I know

that desperate feeling and how consuming it can be. However, with my

most recent and most long-lasting weight loss (I've maintained for 1-

1/2 years now), I approached weightloss differently...I took part in

the process and didn't try to flash from A to Z without having

experienced B thru Y as well. I feel for you...I know it's summer,

and I know how anxious I would get around this time of year. But, be

patient with yourself, get HEALTHY (as opposed to THIN), and enjoy

and learn from the ride.

Oh, I forgot to mention that with Tae Bo you will see amazing changes

in your body! So, just get started, and check in with us for support

and motivation, and you'll lose inches like crazy.

Thank you everybody with your responses. My name is Tammy. I just

did the basic Tae Bo, so I have 20 more days to go. I don't want

that to sound like I am dreading this at all, I just never finish

what I start so this is going to be a big deal if I do.

I have been doing Tae bo tapes (switching between adavnce and basic)

on and off for about 3 months now but I'm never am consistent with

anything.

So when is the next Live chat forum. I missed the last one.

The only diet that works for me is The Carbohydrates Addicts Diet - CAD

(I've been on WW, Powters, Rotation, T-Factor, ,

Sacred Heart, etc.). My personal opinion is that each person has to find

what works for them. The good thing about CAD is that you don't have to

give up any foods. I think there are a few other on the list that either

are on CAD or CALP - the latest version. If you want more info, e-mail me

Welcome Tammy!!!

You can DO THIS! I never stuck with anything for more than

3 or 4 days before and I actually made it through the 21

DC. I'm still shocked to say that!*LOL*

You really can do it. It really helped me to have the days

marked on the calendar and each time I did a workout I got

the make a big slash through another. As you go along, you

will start to feel so much better!

Keep posting here and you'll make it! I think the chats are

every Saturday. The egroup will send a reminder message

that day.
