Hi Everyone,

I received this email and knew that this needed to be passed along to as many

people as possible. We all take for granted that we will be here forever, but

unfortunately there is a point where we will all die. I DONT HAVE A PLAN! But,

hopefully, this will motivate me just a bit more to get one. Here is the

story...it is true...

Kristy

Monday, a friend of 17 years passed away. Her 21yo son with DS was home

alone when her work called to ask why she had not called in to work. HEr

son replied, " Well Mom is dead right here with me! " ..

Long story of police, cornor, family doctor, and finally I was called

----she left no available info on next of kin or her plans for the future.

Nothing listed with the county in whcih we lived - no PLAN!!!!!

The son is now living with me while we try to work on a future plan. No

guardian, no POA, no plan. Today is NOT to late to make a plan - and

communicate it to your doctor, the school, the local police department,

family, friends, etc.

NOW - not TOMORROW - NOW!!!!!

Sara - Choose to make lemonade, not complain about the lemons.
