Guest guest Posted June 1, 2001 Report Share Posted June 1, 2001 Hi Cheryl! Good info on your site! I have a question...do you do cardio twice a day on cardio days? Is that over-training'? (Well, obviously it didn't hurt! ) I ask because I was thinking of doing my 3/20 minute HIIT sessions, (Tues / Thurs / Sat) and then taking this aerobic kick-boxing class (God help me!) on Mon / Wed evenings. It's a 45 minute class. Just to break up the monotony of the treadmill. Also, what is Xenadrine? Thanks for sharing! And hey, congrats on the bikini!
