I guess that is what happens when your bull has free access to the cows .

We have Daisy giving 4 gallons a day.

Rosey just had her babe on Thursday. (yah a heifer) She'll be giving almost

4 gallons a day.

Cinderella had her calf ( a BIG boy) Sunday.

Pretty soon we'll be getting over 12 gallons a day. In Southern WY Cheyenne.

Three suggestions:

Naropa CSA in Boulder wants some milk for a cheese making class

Cresset Farms CSA might want to do something with it.

Make cheese yourself and age it 60 days for sale legally.
