Guest guest
I have posted a couple of times about this already. We believe in being proactive. Well, we need to be proactive about the CPS destroying families lives. This is no light matter. As Trina said she was told that the caseworker was investigating 3 cases in her region alone. She has no knowledge and believe me after you read the report below about our Texas CPS you will see why you need to be concerned. The CPS Reform legislation is going on right now and if things don't change this time it may be hell for many children with autism and their families. On March 15 the ville Police Department will watch Dennis Debaubt introduction to the training he offers to First Responders. I hope that it will generate an interest in them and that we will get the training county wide and I am going to insist CPS needs to be there. Dennis said they sometimes are but we need to all be working on making sure they all are properly trained. They take away so many children they shouldn't (not on the spectrum) and how devastating for children with autism if this happens to them. http://www.nccpr.org/reports/texasreport2.pdf
