By " script program " I presume you mean command-line?

I wrote a program to do this a while back.

German version? Sounds like yours has a graphical user interface.

If so, there are a bunch of people who will be happy to see it.

I've had a bunch of people try using freqgen,

that found it's command-line interface too user unfriendly.
