I would appreciate advice regarding the next Unda numbers to use with a patient.

This is for post-chemotherapy/radiation therapy detox in an otherwise well patient.

Used so far: Unda 1, 20, and 258 x 3 weeks.

38 year old female with invasive ductal carcinoma stage IIA, estrogen and progesterone receptor positive, Her-2-neu negative.

Status post modified right radical mastectomy with no residual disease noted and 19 nodes negative. Status post dose dense Adriamycin and Cytoxan 4 cycles, Taxotere 4 cycles, and radiation to the chest wall.

During her chemotherapy, she had anemia, mild peripheral neuropathy, moderate fatigue, nail changes, and nausea. These issues have all since resolved.

Currently receiving Tamoxifen x 5 years.

So far, I've got her emunctories opened via BTGs x 2 months and castor oil packs x 1 month. She's done 1 cycle with UNDA's 1, 20, and 258 to open to liver and cellular levels of detoxification. She's had no negative reactions to detoxification. Sleep and energy continue to improve.

TCM tongue/ pulse suggest mild spleen qi deficiency, mild liver qi stagnation, and moderate kidney qi deficiency. She is receiving acupuncture once a month.

For supplements, I have her on a multivitamin, green tea extract, fish oil, melatonin 20 mg, and cal/mag. She is finishing off some astragalus. Strongly liver-supportive herbs are currently contrindicated due to the Tamoxifen.

What would be appropriate organs and Unda numbers to focus on at this point?

Many thanks!
