Welcome to the group! It's great to hear from someone else who loves TaeBo as much as we all do. Guest guest
> Anyway, I ordered the 4 tape Live series, and just got it this week > end. It really does step things up a notch! , Welcome to the group! That is so great that you and your wife are doing tae-bo together! The new live 4-pack is incredible! If there's ever a day when your wife doesn't feel like working out....have her do the live instructional tape...it's a great tape and it really shows the correct form and since works both sides and you are really concentrating on form...it's even a good little workout! As Elena said in another message, I'm in both the basic and advanced tapes from the new live 4-pack. In the basic, I'm about 3 or 4 rows back all the way to the left (as you look at the tv screen) next to the left riser. And in the advanced, I'm in the back to the right (as you look at the tv) in front of the back riser. I look forward to hearing more from you! Where are you guys by the way? You have done a great job Bert! Way to go on the workouts, weight loss, and finding an eating plan that works for you. Which tapes do you do? Congratulations on your weight loss! That's so cool that you coach youth soccer. One day I would love to coach girl's basketball! I'm glad you've had success with the Carbohydrate's Addict diet! You'll love the Advanced Live tapes once you get them! They are great because they give you some variety and the music is so much better! I look forward to hearing more from you
