Guest guest
Sharrie, When I had the same problem, I solved it by unplugging the dongle, uninstalling BioExplorer, re-installing Bio Explorer and then plugging the Hasp in again when the installation procedure asked for it. I think this worked because the BioExplorer-Hasp connection has to be recognized during the installation process. If instead the Hasp has already been recognized by your computer before the installation, there is no way for the installation process to undo that recognition and establish a new one. Guest guest
Sharrie, Don't insert the HASP until you get to thepart of the BE installation that installs it. Otherwise, in all the windows opening, you might go ahead and install it from outside the BE program, which doesn't work. You may need to uninstall BE and then re-install it. You'll get to the end of installing the software, then there's a clear beginning to installing the HASP. Insert it at that point (and when Windows opens a dialog box saying it has found new hardware, click Cancel) and proceed to let BE install the HASP.
