Today, I listen to my heart beating and hear my own voice.Take five or ten minutes today to sit quietly, without distractions.

Clear your mind and listen. Notice how you are feeling.

Are you sad; angry; happy; passionate; morose; contented; depressed?

Pinpoint your feelings then honor them by noticing the sensation each

emotion causes and by being quiet with each emotion for a moment or two.

Feelings help us grow and understand others and ourselves a whole lot better.
