[sPAM] "hard cases"

I've got two RCIA candidates who express some of your typical "hard cases" regarding pregnancy risks: one had heart failure with a previous pregnancy and was told to avoid pregnancy at all cost and the other has Rheumatoid arthritis and is on what she describes as teratogenic meds.

Besides the dilligent use of state-of-the-art NFP and perhaps the use of Ovulation moniters, can someone direct me to a good source of NFP-encouraging materials I could share with either of them.
