I know I have been a bit slack, good reason I guess. Work is smashing me and I hardly get time to lift my head... plus here at work I have too many prying eyes that can read my screen. So socialising is kept to a quick check of FaceBook to check in with civilisation, so I dont get to look in here much at all. So a big hello to all the newbies, and the oldies... I havent abandoned y'all... I am going along okay, have rediscovered Yoga and Pilates and I go to a class in my lunch break a few times a week. That has proved to be a good stress relief and I really begin to start looking forward to the time each day I am going. And at first I looked at it as just a break from work and getting out of the office, however the positive benefits have manifested in other ways, I have noticed it in the scales. So having not changed my diet, I have lost 3kg in the past 2 weeks. I notice a sense of calm and control when I am about food, that I didnt really have despite my fill. I still perhaps have other things I could do that would be better - like the gym, however I have been banded 5+ years and I really cant catch the gym bug no matter how close I stand to people infected with it. Who knows, I might just get the gym bug as a secondary infection from my Yoga or Pilates class. Hope that everyone is doing well and if the weather ever fines up - one weekend I would love to organise a Bay Walk, then perhaps a coffee after? We have so many beautiful walks around the harbour, its criminal to not make better use of them.Happy Sunday :)
