Dear Rodney,

Yes, I have experienced mystical and/or transcendent states as a result

of doing the work, but then, so what?

Hi Rodney, I was actually doing lots of spiritual practices at the

time, in a meditation community with hundreds, and at times

thousands of other people! But for inquiry, I was writing

affirmations 70 times a day for seven days (comes from the Gospels.

Jesus said to forgive 70 x7 times)

I started with " I love my mother and forgive her " , then I would

judge her on paper, the worst I could think of, then do

a " turnaround " of sorts, by writing the opposite 70 times a day, for

7 days.It was a deep inner cleansing. Then I did this for everyone I

could think of, and for every belief and fear I had about anyone and

anything. I did this for months and months intensively. The last one

I wrote was, " all people are beautiful, intelligent, kind and

perfect in every way. " Then I got enlightened! truly. About a week

before it happened I thought, " I better stop this, I dont know who

I am anymore. No, I have to see what is going to happen! " and I did.

Awesome, wondrous experience. No self, No . Love, peace and

joy without limit. I thought I was at the end of my path, but it was

only just the beginning. A vision of the big picture. Now I have to

go back and fill in all the details
