Hi, Paige,

I don't know much about this problem in particular. My assumption is that the lack of liquefaction has to do with poor prostatic secretion, since that is where the liquefying enzymes come from. Perhaps trying to focus on improving prostatic health should be their focus for a bit. Saw palmetto along with a high quality fish oil supplement and Vitamins, C, E and B6 have been helpful for a some of our clients in addition to our normal routine of PreSeed, Proxeed, and retest (in 12-15 wks). Proxeed will usually improve motility, and improved motility can help to overcome viscosity anomalies.

It may also be helpful for your client to see a urologist, if the semen analysis was conducted by another type of doctor. They may be helpful in identifying an underlying issue.
