Guest guest
Jim, I ask about up coming trips when vacation season approaches, especially with patients in the 4 seasons of health program and together we create and adapted BTG program that fits their travels better. Ex: probiotic pearls vs powder, encapsulated supplements vs. liquid, and supply them with dropper bottles for apple cider vinegar etc. The most important thing is be proactive before they leave, and just like in the first visit, ask them what THEY think will work/ what they will commit to. Also if this is a pt who only travels on occasion, vacations can be a great time to " take a break " from the whole regiment if that will work for their case. I often simplify their plan to a few essentials (priorities based on the case) they agree to do and compliance follows easily. Marshall, ND Clearwater Healthcare Bozeman, MT > > Ok, thanks. This dovetails into another issue some patients have. When > they go on vaction they 'forget' to take some of the things with them and > 'forget' or 'dont get a chance' to do some of the things they should be > doing. Ideas to keep them on the plan during trips/vactions would be great. > > >
