Guest guest
Probably, but why don't you have your levels checked at your next appt? I toke 4,000 IUs for about 2 months and then had my levels checked, around 37. A therapeutic dose I have read is 70 plus. So I increased by another 4,000IU and had my blood drawn again. My level was then 70. Each 1,0000 IUs should correspond to an increase of about 10. I am going to get some today... it seems very promising =) > > > > > > Christie Bessinger > > > > > >
Guest guest
Not a cure but it sure helps.. Subject: vitamin D Â Hi - I just tested very low for Vit D. My doctor told me to read The Vit D Cure. I know it's just another " cure " book but I need the D anyway & have increased my doses. Anyone know if there's a cfs/D connection or had any improvement with D? Thanks. blessings, /Paresh
