You mean, therapeutic " blood level " of Vitamin D is 70, rather than therapeutic " dose, " don't you? Vitamin D is such a complicated hormone, studied anew for 20 years, a therapeutic blood level depends on who and what you read. I wonder if this hormone, so accessible from the sun, has spiritual qualities, raising ideas about faith, trust and son.
