OK I'm going to attempt to describe a great exercise from a TamiLee tape.

put your hands together like you are praying but with the elbows almost even

with the shoulders.

Now press your elbows together and lift your elbows up another inch or two

come back down and open and repeat 8-10 times a set, doing two sets

Barb

who really feels this one the next day too

What TamiLee tape is this from? I've always liked her...

~Kat, who, when she was a preteen, got all sorts of health/beauty/fashion

cards per month to keep in a binder and Tamilee did all of the exercise

pictures...

Upper Body of Steel which is 3 separate 15 minute work-outs

there was another one by her that I used to take out of the library that was

really good for the upper body that was I think 3 separate work-outs too.

Barb

who just likes TammiLee's style alot

I just tried the 8 minute Abs today for the first time and really liked them

too.

Short and sweet LOL

As far as breast size, it seems like the grass is always greener.

Smaller breasted want larger and larger breasted want smaller.

In my case, being short and large boned, I feel rather top heavy since losing

most of the belly.

I guess as I burn more fat, I'll reduce up there too eventually

right now all of my bathing suits are too tight on top and too loose on

bottom (stretched out from wear & tear)

My husband loves this top heavy look but I don't!!!

Barb

who wonders if could offer a lottery for breast reduction or

construction whichever the winner preferred if the TB profits from her

website ever escalated LOL

WOW!

I can barely get through 4!!! How long did it take you to build up to that?

~Kat, who would love to do at least 10 regular pushups

Maybe I need to change my email address to pushup

goddess @ yahoo.com??? LOL! You are way too funny!

I hold my weight in my chest though - so when I tone

up and lose weight, I look great with the exception of

this huge Dolly Pardon look (with the exception that

hers go in the right direction!!) My body just will

not let go of the 10-15lbs I really, really want to

say good bye to. I guess you can say, I would really

like to get it " off my chest " ha ha! Talk to you

later! :> Sherry

! Hey girl! I usually do them all at the same

time. I do them when I do my abs and arms and other

chest exercises. I do stretch in between each set of

10 (or on a day like today when it is 97 degrees, I do

about 8, take a break, do another 8, die, do 8 the

wimpy way, lie on the floor and laugh, then give up

and go run in the sprinklers with the kids!!!) LOL! Sherry
