Guest guest
From: Kathleen S. Cochrane Hi Pat, Welcome...how impressive. I just started Taebo a few months ago and have had great results so far. I do the basic at least three times per week and try to sneak in an advanced on the weekend. I know I have gone down at least one pant size. I don't weigh myself since my scale is unreliable, but I believe I have lost at least 10 pounds. I just got on this list last week and it is a great place to be. Such great support!!!!! Nice to have you here as an inspiration! Take care, Kathy Hi everybody. My name is Pat, as in . I've been doing Tae-Bo since April of '99, doing the Basic for about a month and then progressing to the Advanced workout. I try to do it every other day first thing in the morning, which means waking up at 5:30 AM. I recently started doing the Advanced Live, Volume 1, to give me some variety, but I still feel I get a better workout from the original Advanced tape. I had some knee problems for a while, probably because I wasn't paying enough attention to my form when kicking. However, with the help of a doctor I've worked through the problem and now pay closer attention to my knees during the workout and I've been fine for a while now. With the help of Tae-Bo and some common-sense changes in my diet, I went from 205 pounds in April of 1999 to 175 by the end of last summer. And, more importantly, I've been able to maintain at 175 pounds ever since. Thanks largely to Tae-Bo, I am 40 years old and in the best shape of my life. Anyway, since Tae-Bo has become such a big part of my life, I thought I'd join this list to meet others who enjoy it too.

I hope you love this list as much as I do.....we are all very passionate about tae-bo! I will be 30 this year and have also found that I am in the best shape of my life. I have always been physically active, but have never found something that toned my muscles like tae-bo. I look forward to hearing more from you! Good luck as you continue on your journey! I am sure that after 30 days you will notice many results. Tae-bo is great for weight loss, but there are so many other results both inside and out that occur and hopefully you will see and feel the changes

Guest guest
Hi le: Contact Ronnie Schleiss -- dschleiss@... and/or Anissa Ryland -- ajryland@... . They are both great! Actually there is a fantastic conference coming up on April 3rd in Austin that you may enjoy attending even though it is slightly off topic to your group assignment. There will be a number of parents there that are very active in support groups across the US. See the Thoughtful House website for details-or Anissa can help in that area as well. http://www.thoughtfulhouse.org/ My best.
