Is it that rush of ready to rumble statement or other things that just pushes your body to the limit that gets your attention in certain workouts and knowing it's gonna be tough? Guest guest
Wow!!! This workout sounds like Rumble, kick and punch. You must have to be in good shape for Kenpo. It does not have a lot of high flying moves or high kicking, but attacks the knees, throat, groin and other fun stuff like that. We also cross trained with a lot of ground fighting and shootfighting as well. Now that is a serious workout!! We were starting to get into some much more dangerous moves in practice. If you messed up, you could really hurt someone or yourself. I had too many reasons not to get hurt to risk continuing at the time. I really enjoyed it and will probably go back to it at some point when things slow down a bit.
