I had banding in Nov 96, and at the moment having trouble to eat a ordinary meal. I live out at Seven Hills and had my op in Nth Shore Private, but because I live so far away, I am not able to attend any support groups. All I would like to know is different foods that are easy to get down. I only eat snack foods, which are not all that good for me being insulin dependant for nearly 25 years. I find my diabetes is not being controlled easily and wonder if you have any suggestions. I looked at lite and easy but many of there meals I would be unable to eat.
