If yes, how much call is expected per week? We take 2 8 hour shifts per four weeks.3. Is this call mandatory (i.e. it is assigned to you) or is it voluntary(i.e. you sign up for it if you want to) ? It is mandatory that we take 2 calls a month, however we pick what shift to take.4. How is the call divided? (Do full and part time staff take the samenumber of call hours?) Everyone has to take two shifts as of now.5. What unit do you work in? {Labor and delivery, nursery, postpartum}? I work postpartum and L & D6. How many deliveries per year does your unit do? Approx 10007. Where are you located? {City and State} Chillicothe, Ohio8. How much do you get paid per hour for being on call? $1.50 per hour9. How are you paid if you get called in? {i.e. regular pay, time and ahalf, etc...} It is time and a half for the time worked. Hope this helped a little.
