There is no way in the world I would have gotten these results if I

had still been going to the gym every day! And it's not only the

outer results that I'm grateful for because it's how much confidence

I have now and how much better I feel about myself that are so much

more important. I am free from obsessing about the scale and I'm

free from mindless, boring exercise! It's truly something I feel

very blessed to have found. I wish everyone could " get it " ! I

cannot even begin to express how much I have gotten from tae-bo,

including this incredible group of friends who totally understand me

as I sit here and babble about tae-bo....LOL! Ok, that's enough for

now...I just wanted to share my feelings with you all :)

You, ramble? I can't believe you said that. You speak the truth and I don't

think I will EVER tire from hearing about taebo. I don't get to talk about

it much at work... they think I'm nuts so I have to come home and make up for

it. I completely agree... taebo has changed my life also. Oddly enough the

real changes ARE on the inside.

Wow, 2 brags from me in the same week.....are you listening

...LOL!

Ok, this also has to do with me going to the Y! I only went once

last week because I was going to go on Friday, but that's when Skylar

has gymboree and then Saturday was the TN lunch. I went this

morning again and am shooting for Tue/Thu/Sat this week. Anyway, if

you've ever worked out at a gym consistently...you know that you

always end up seeing the same people in the gym and you get to " know "

them just because it's always the same people in there at the same

time. It's kind of nice because you become this little group and you

say hi to each other every morning.

Well, I haven't been to the Y in exactly a year and this morning I

saw some of the people that are still working out at the same time

and who I had gotten to know from working out with them last year. 3

different people came up to me today and told me how great I looked.

Each of them said " Wow, you've lost a lot of weight, haven't you? "

In reality, I've really only lost about 10 lbs since that time! I

told all of them that I've been doing tae-bo and they were all

amazed! It was really great to hear those compliments from people

who haven't seen me in a year! It really made my day!

Now for the gratitude part.....I am so grateful that I found tae-bo!
